Since May 22, the Museu do Calçado and Museu da Hataria have reopened to the public. From September 1st, both museums are open from Tuesdays to Sundays, from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm.

Costa Magarakis is a Greek artist based in Tel Aviv, Israel. After Singapore and the United States of America, Costa Magarakis now arrives in Portugal to perform at a solo exhibition at the Shoe Museum. An exhibition not to be missed.

The "Art Shoes" area exhibits artwork whose main theme is footwear. Using a shoe form visitors will create their own "art shoe" deciding theirselves where to draw that line.
